Food For Skin

BERRIES
- Plums, Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries ( Slowing down ageing process & giving more youthful skin )

GREEN TEA
- ( Reduce UV damage & works as an anti-oxidant )

SALMON
- ( Keep skin smooth & soft )

AVOCADO
- ( It soothes skin that is red or irritated )

CARROTS
- ( Can be a natural sunscreen. It also act as antioxidant & collagen )

APPLES
- Follow this phrase. An apple a day keeps the doctor away =D ( It can be use as a home remedy for dark circles too )  

 * Eat more fruits. Drink more water. Sleep well.
