- Put 2 metal spoons into the fridge for 5 minutes. Then put on eyes for 1 minute.
- Soak cotton wool with ice milk and rest it on eyes for 15 minutes.
- Cut 2 slices of potato/apple & place them on eyes for 15 mintues.
- Place hot towel over eyes for 5 minutes.- Chill teabags in refrigerator & place them on closed eyelids for 5-10 minutes.
- Mix 2 tbs of tomato juice & lemon juice. Apply the mixture on under eyes.
* Get enough sleep is the most important.
